Cancellation of Subscription and Refund
Cancellation and refund policies vary according to the payment term. We don’t reserve the right to issue a refund to you, should you decide to cancel your current subscription plan.
Make sure you cancel your subscription before it renews each month, so you can avoid billing of the next month’s fees to your credit card. As long as you choose to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged. Otherwise, you will retain access to the features of the subscription plan you are currently on through the end of the paid period.
When you are canceling a monthly subscription, every future charge that is associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may have us notified of your intent to cancel at any time and your cancellation of the subscription will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. However, you will not be issued a refund.
When you opt for the cancellation of an annual subscription, every future charge that is associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may have us notified of your intent to cancel at any time and your cancellation of the subscription will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. However, you will not be issued a refund.
Sell Junk Metal does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Every subscription is recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period, which is comprised of month-to-month and annual plans.
It is your responsibility to assess Sell Junk Metal, its features, limitations, and system requirements before opting for any paid plan. We will NOT issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not comprehending the system requirements or the presence of compatibility issues, including:
Sell Junk Metal acknowledges that every subscription fee is charged automatically on a recurring basis until YOU (the customer) chooses to cancel the subscription. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your Sell Junk Metal account and going to the right channel or billing page. Click settings and choose the “upgrade” or “cancel” option under subscription and billing.
We will send you a confirmation email receipt with your subscription’s expiration date. You can learn how to update, delete, or cancel your account. Please make note that you are solely responsible for the cancellation of your account. Make sure you email our customer support team before or on the payment due date. You can, however, contact our outstanding customer support team if you are having difficulty or need assistance.
All Sell Junk Metal subscriptions are inclusive of a 7-day free trial. After 7 days, the chosen service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Kindly note that it is non-refundable, so no refunds will be issued. We do not offer a prorated refund for any cancelled subscription plan. We don’t issue refunds or allow credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. We don’t make any exceptions when it comes to treating everyone equally.
